Enhancement leveling with an Elemental dip, using Maelstrom Weapon for fast, cheap Lightning Bolts.

Drop your totems with Call of the Elements.
Pull with Lightning Bolt or Flame Shock.
Hit Stormstrike as soon as they arrive. It boosts your next Lightning Bolt or Earth Shock.
When Maelstrom Weapon stacks up, fire off a fast Lightning Bolt.
Use Earth Shock to finish or interrupt.

Thundering Strikes for crit, then Mental Dexterity so Intellect becomes Attack Power.
Flurry, Stormstrike and Maelstrom Weapon, then Rage of the Farseer at 40.

Heal with Healing Wave between pulls instead of eating, and use Totemic Recall before you move on to get mana back.
