Frost Leveling (Shatter)
Safe, kite-friendly Frost leveling that stays strong all the way to 60.
How to play it
- Pull from max range with Frostbolt and keep casting while it slowly walks towards you.
- If it gets close, Frost Nova and step back.
- Fire off Ice Lance on frozen targets or whenever Fingers of Frost lights up.
- Finish low-health targets with your wand so your mana regeneration starts sooner.
Key talents
- Improved Frostbolt first for a faster main nuke.
- Ice Shards, Shatter and Fingers of Frost for big crits on frozen targets.
- Ice Barrier and Cold Snap keep you alive.
Leveling tips
- Conjure food and water before you head out, and drink between pulls.
- Planning to AoE farm? Move the Frostbite points into Improved Blizzard.
