TL;DR

The quest "Vorsha the Lasher" in Ashenvale is disabled until a bug causing a crash can be fixed.
PvP Vendors are temporarily unavailable in all locations (Orgrimmar, Stormwind, and Dalaran).
In Razorfen Kraul, players can fall into a cauldron near Roogug and get stuck.
Gamepad issues: deleting more than 1 rare or epic item may cause an error, the Xbox Elite 3 (Actium) controller isn't recognized and its paddles can't be bound, and push-to-talk keyboard instructions may appear when joining a voice channel.
Bank tabs are being listed outside the frame, and the Stormwind Keep entrance may show flashing textures.
